Service information

Virtual ink indicators remain at 100% and the maintenance-box counter is disabled. Always check actual ink levels and the physical condition of the maintenance box; virtual indicators do not replace maintenance.

Before any work, our team checks the model, serial number, firmware and compatibility. A model appearing in this list still requires a technical compatibility check.

You need a computer connected to the printer, stable internet and someone present during the session. Our team will confirm the operating system and remote-access tool before the service.

I confirm that I own the printer or have the owner's permission, request a compatibility check and authorize remote access and the necessary changes after compatibility is confirmed.

After payment is confirmed, book a one-hour session. Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00; the last session starts at 16:00, Brasilia time (America/Sao_Paulo).

Delivery consists of the remote work and a final test. The order records consent, equipment, date, technician and result, without storing passwords or unnecessary personal files.

Cancellation before work starts, or incompatibility without any work performed: full refund. After work starts, refunds are assessed according to the work performed and applicable consumer rights.

Physical products are sold only within Brazil. Only Chipless services are available in this international section.

Chipless features

  • Disables the maintenance-box counter and keeps virtual ink levels at 100%. Continue checking real ink levels and the physical maintenance box.
  • Retains the original printer driver and model.
  • Online procedure, without removing the board or using a jig programmer.

Supply terms

  • Quantities and prices apply per family. The 100-key package costs BRL 300 per key; the 50-key tier costs BRL 400; the 10-key tier costs BRL 500.
  • Own firmware from 50 keys requires Moginet commercial approval. The file is exclusive and traceable and must not be shared. Supplying it to an approved reseller does not authorize distribution to end customers.
  • This is a wholesale commercial offer. Moginet confirms the batch purchase, key supply and service availability before charging. The individual-service checkout does not purchase a batch of keys.

Why this format?

Pricing covers firmware development and activation operations. The procedure avoids board removal and shipping and reduces manual work compared with the previous method. Timing depends on compatibility and connection preparation.

Reseller operation

The procedure uses the printer USB connection without remote control of the customer desktop. Operators should not receive passwords or personal files. Service is coordinated with the reseller to preserve the commercial relationship and avoid unnecessarily exposing the supplier to the end customer.

Procedure using Moginet USB Redirector

Estimated operation time: 5–10 minutes after the equipment and connection are ready; timing may vary. This does not change booked service slots.

  1. Put the printer in update mode.
  2. Install Moginet USB Redirector supplied by the reseller.
  3. Open the program and enter the code provided by the reseller.
  4. Connect the printer to the computer by USB.
  5. The operator loads firmware directly onto the printer through the redirected USB connection.
  6. Once loading finishes and the operator instructs you, switch the printer off.
  7. Switch the printer on in normal mode.
  8. The operator activates it with the key.
  9. Check operation and record the final test.
